  • Orders process in 1–3 business days. Standard shipping lands in 5–8 business days depending on location. You’ll get tracking the moment it leaves the warehouse.

  • Carriers move in waves. Updates can pause for 24–72 hours your package is still in motion. Unless we contacted you personally and said otherwise.

  • Structured. This is not mall-brand slim cut. Each product page has exact garment measurements also try to compare to your favorite hoodie or tee at home to the product you purchased!

  • Size up for that draped street silhouette. Size down if you want a tighter fit.

  • Every drop includes model height, weight, and size worn so you don’t get confused or accidentally grab the wrong size.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept any returns.

  • Yes, if inventory exists. Our drops are high volume so products are limited. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

  • Cold wash, inside out. Hang dry or tumble low. Heat kills graphics and shrinks cotton don’t let your dryer sabotage pieces you care about!

  • Email support within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll handle it fast.

  • Check neighbors and local carrier office first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll investigate ASAP.

  • Rarely. Drops are intentionally limited. If it comes back, it won’t be the same.
